Genesis 1:1-4 KJV The Bible introduces us to the Spirit of God, and the first attribute attributed to Him is movement. His movement prepares for the Word of God to have an effect and then, in turn, manifestation.

SUPERNATURAL MEANS SOMETHING BEYOND MAN

Mary asks Gabriel, "How will these things be?" "And the angel answered and said unto her, The Holy Ghost shall come upon thee, and the power of the Highest shall overshadow thee: therefore also that holy thing which shall be born of thee shall be called the Son of God." Luke 1:35 KJV "That which is born of the flesh is flesh, and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit. Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again. The wind bloweth where it listeth, and thou hearest the sound thereof, but canst not tell whence it cometh, and whither it goeth: so is every one that is born of the Spirit." John 3:6-8 KJV When the wind blows, although we can’t see the wind, we can see its effects. The wind blows where it desires. The breath of God, although invisible, has effects.

"The hand of the LORD was upon me, and carried me out in the spirit of the LORD, and set me down in the midst of the valley which was full of bones, and caused me to pass by them round about: and, behold, there were very many in the open valley; and, lo, they were very dry. And he said unto me, Son of man, can these bones live? And I answered, O Lord GOD, thou knowest. Again he said unto me, Prophesy upon these bones, and say unto them, O ye dry bones, hear the word of the LORD. Thus saith the Lord GOD unto these bones; Behold, I will cause breath to enter into you, and ye shall live: and I will lay sinews upon you, and will bring up flesh upon you, and cover you with skin, and put breath in you, and ye shall live; and ye shall know that I am the LORD. So I prophesied as I was commanded: and as I prophesied, there was a noise, and behold a shaking, and the bones came together, bone to his bone. CAN THESE BONES LIVE AGAIN? NO ONE KNOWS

No one knows whether your situation is dead or not because man’s perspective doesn’t matter. There are things that you also don’t know!
THE WAY TO RECREATION & RESTORATION In the absence of the Spirit, there can be no life. The only place prescribed for deliverance and lifting is the presence. The world was dark and formless, but before anything could happen, the Spirit of God hovered over the waters.

How do we provoke that wind?

He prophesied as He spoke. The Word of the Lord in our mouths is as powerful as God saying it.
The time factor! When the Lord speaks, there is speed! The time it took for the bones to decay is not the same speed for restoration. Time was not an issue. At the instance of the Word!
Hebrews 4:12 The Word of God is quick! By the Spirit of God, He is going to reveal areas in our lives that were dead. He took Ezekiel to the dry bones; there are areas that you didn’t even know were dry. But the Lord by His Spirit is shaking you.
